Who we are

We are a digital accessibility consultancy

We work with arts and cultural organisations to create accessible digital experiences for everyone

Cultural organisations have the power to transform lives through experiences. Those experiences often start online, finding an event or booking a ticket. However too often websites and digital experiences are inaccessible.

The name Accessible by Design stems from the belief that accessibility should consistently be considered from the outset of any work, as part of business as usual, rather than accessibility being treated as a feature, an add-on, or ‘patched-in’ retrospectively.

We work to ensure that design, code, and content is accessible. We work closely with your team as well as your existing web agency, ticketing technology provider and other technology providers to cover all aspects of digital accessibility across all user touch points and communications.

We exist to help arts sector organisations and technology partners design, build and maintain accessible websites, applications, and digital communications.
